At The Rug Decor, we want you to love your new rug; if it is not the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We strive to make the return process as seamless as the shopping experience to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to start the request.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the rug is in its original condition and securely wrapped in the original packaging or a heavy-duty plastic equivalent to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of the rug's protective packaging.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
